I found Holly to be very knowledgeable about the region’s real estate market

and, as important, having had considerable real estate experience in the area she is able to clearly explain the quirks of cottages to buyers and their agents from the city who have only “city dwelling” experience.

In spite of having listed my cottage during winter, which is usually a very slow time, Holly’s contacts with other agents brought traffic to my cottage and I eventually sold the cottage at a premium above what we both felt was a fair listing price.

And at the sale closing signing, my very experienced real estate lawyer commented on how fortunate I was to have had the agent that I had. He said that my purchase/sales agreement was one of the “cleanest” that he had seen in his career.
